Regional Director of Leader Development - Permian Basin (26-27)
IDEA Public Schools · Midland, Texas
About The Role
Regional Director of Leader Development
Mission
At IDEA, we believe excellent school leaders are the key to ensuring scholars receive a world-class education. Driven by this belief, our Directors of Leader Development (DLDs) develop leaders within each IDEA region to ensure every school is led by a transformational leadership team. To achieve this mission, DLDs partner with principal supervisors, mentor principals, and other stakeholders to coach a portfolio of school leaders, which may include Cadre of Aspiring Principal (CAP) participants, Principals-in-Residence (PIRs), new principals, and/or returning principals.
