In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while supporting both internal and external financial processes. You will report directly to the Finance Sponsorship Specialist, gaining valuable insights and mentorship along the way. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to maintain accurate and timely records for sponsorship invoices, ensuring alignment with supporting documentation.Collaborate with the Business Support Team to gather data, ensuring accuracy and <efficiency.Review> and analyze data received from Business Units and other teams (e.g., Global Business Services).Ensure accuracy of various areas while performing month-end close including General ledger, accruals, VAT, Fixed Asset, Operating expenseProvide support to accounting team members with day-to-day financial tasks and <activities.Help> prepare reports by gathering and analyzing <information.Support> to SOX programEnsure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures.Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required for audits.Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardization across multiple legal entities.Contribute to creating monthly and ad hoc financial <reports.Work> effectively with diverse teams to support the achievement of organizational goals.
