Install Laborer Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Install Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our installation projects. You will work alongside our experienced technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the installation of drain and sewer pipes for both residential and commercial properties

Cut pipes to desired lengths

Cover pipes with earth or other materials

Grade and level trench bases, using tamping machines and hand tools

Excavation, to lay pipes

Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.

Preparing work areas by clearing obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Providing support to technicians and installers as needed.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.

Install Laborer Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in excavation including pipe installation, pipe bursting, and pipe relining preferred

Willingness to "get in the trenches" and expose lines by hand

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
