About The Role

The Greater Waco YMCA has a part time opportunity for an

EGYM Coach.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated fitness rock star! This person will enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and will help guide members through the EGYM experience. The successful candidate will be available to work varied hours to connect with all of our members and guests.

The EGYM Coach will focus on the all new EGYM program. They will implement the EGYM member onboarding, communicate and follow up with members.

The EGYM Coach will also meet and greet YMCA members and guests to promote the new EGYM program.

Train members in using EGYM equipment and other fitness equipment

Lead Teens in Training Course

Enforce fitness floor rules and policies
Assist in cleaning and tidying the fitness area
Recruit/Sell EGYM packages
Responsible for EGYM success
Responsible for EGYM follow ups
Help coordinate and implement EGYM events
Meet and greet members and guests
Required to attend EGYM training / training provided by YMCA of Central Texas

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Fitness experience or certified personal trainer
required

Strong Relationship and Customer Service Skills

Background in heath and wellness
Sales Experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
