Responsibilities

Work closely with the ID team to get the products to market on time
Verify the functionality/assembly/reliability of the prototype
Design 2D/3D and establish relevant documents
Cooperate with Tooling/Manufacturing/Mech.Sourcer/Hardware/RF/Antenna Engineer to drive the project moving forward
Track schedule in tooling/pilot run/pre-production
Secure products on quality/cost/UX experience
Analysis of competitors’ products

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Mechanical or Equivalent
7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design (sheet metal, plastics, castings, CNC)
Specializes in waterproof/ compact system design
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment with a proactive mindset
Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and effective interpersonal skills
Maintain focus and clarity under challenges with a solution-oriented approach
Experience in products related to Outdoor Doorbell, Smart Electronic Locks, Keypad Biometric Access Control Device

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in injection molding/sheet metal/ die casting “Design”
Fluently speaks English, good at writing/listening/reading
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
