FPV Drone Demonstration Manager

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a hands-on FPV Drone Pilot & Demonstration Specialist to plan and execute mission-oriented technical demonstrations for governmental, defense, and security clients. You will be the face of Twentyfour Industries in the field – the way you present yourself, communicate, and build trust with high-level governmental and defense audiences matters as much as your piloting skills. A military or law enforcement background is a strong advantage. Fluency in German (B2/C1) is a plus, English is a must – you will be operating primarily in German-speaking governmental and defense environments.

The day-to-day

Plan and execute technical demonstrations and live operational showcases for governmental and defense clients

Represent TwentyFour at field demonstrations, procurement events, and industry events

Build and maintain relationships with clients through confident, professional communication

Develop and standardize demonstration frameworks and operational showcase concepts

Continuously refine demonstration delivery based on client feedback and operational learnings

You should apply if you

Present yourself with credibility and authority in front of senior decision-makers and procurement audiences

Have proven, high-level FPV drone piloting skills

Speak English fluently (min. B2/C1), German is a plus

Work independently, take ownership, and thrive in field environments

Nice to haves

Background in military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security operations

Experience presenting or demonstrating technical systems to procurement or operational audiences

Prior drone deployments in operational/defense contexts
