QUALITY CONTROLLER – CIVIL, BUILDING AND STRUCTURE

Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: QUALITY CONTROLLER – CIVIL, BUILDING AND STRUCTURE Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIEREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services. Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control Inspection for civil, building , and structural works on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Strong knowledge of the design, construction, inspection, and quality control of civil and structural works, including earthworks, soil compaction, concrete foundations, well pads, roads and pavements, concrete-lined pits, buildings, shelters, platforms, stairs, and other structural facilities. Familiar with applicable construction codes, quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements for civil and structural works. Holds valid training or professional certifications issued within the last 5 years in civil, building, structural construction, or quality inspection from recognized authorities or professional organizations. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Contractors, Engineering, and Construction teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform quality inspections and monitor civil, building, and structural construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and Company requirements. Verify the quality of construction works, including earthworks, soil compaction, concrete foundations, well pads, roads and pavements, concrete-lined pits, buildings, shelters, platforms, stairs, and other civil and structural facilities. Witness and validate construction testing and inspection activities, ensuring all results meet project quality requirements. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance documentation, and submit them to the Company in a timely manner. Ensure Construction Contractors perform work in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on the resolution of non-conformities. Coordinate with Contractors, Construction Supervisors, and Company representatives to support quality assurance throughout project execution. Report to and support the Lead Quality Controller in monitoring and maintaining quality compliance across construction activities.
