About The Role

Group Company: TRIPATRA Designation: LEAD QUALITY CONTROLLER Office Location: AREA PROJECT PHR JPK REQUIEREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 10 years of experience in construction planning, execution, and quality control. Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Superintendent, Lead Quality Control, or equivalent role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality management systems, inspection and testing requirements, and applicable national and international quality codes and standards. Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality control strategies, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. Experienced in identifying non-conformities, issuing and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) , and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with Construction Contractors. Strong understanding of HSE requirements and commitment to promoting safe work practices throughout construction activities. Excellent leadership, supervision, communication, coordination, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work closely with Contractors, Engineering, Construction, and Company representatives to ensure quality objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and Company requirements. Plan, coordinate, and oversee field quality inspections and surveillance activities throughout project execution. Ensure Quality Control systems, procedures, inspection plans, and documentation are consistently implemented and maintained. Coordinate with Construction Supervisors, Contractors, and Company representatives to resolve quality issues and ensure timely completion of construction activities. Monitor contractor performance, identify quality non-conformities, and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Represent the Company on all quality-related matters with Construction Contractors and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Support Company quality initiatives by driving continuous improvement and recommending enhancements to quality processes and construction practices. Prepare and review quality reports, inspection records, and project quality performance metrics. Report to and support the Construction Manager in managing field quality control activities and achieving project quality objectives.
