This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take the next step in their manufacturing leadership career by developing the skills needed to successfully lead production teams.Working alongside experienced Production Leadership, you'll gain hands-on experience managing daily operations, coaching team members, solving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement within our Encapsulation department. In this role, you'll help lead the operation of equipment that transforms blended formulations into finished capsules, ensuring exceptional product quality, equipment performance, production efficiency, and compliance with cGMP and manufacturing standards.
