This role is not just a QC technical role; it’s primarily a people leadership + operational leadership position in a GMP manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate:Has direct supervisory experience managing frontline quality, manufacturing, or lab personnelHas experience in regulated manufacturing (strong preference: dietary supplements, pharma, biotech, medical device, or food)Can confidently lead a team on off-shift/weekend operations with minimal oversightIs comfortable making real-time quality decisions involving: product holds/releasesdeviationsnonconforming materialescalation of production quality issues
