Program Manager / Junior Consultant
with
strong growth potential
to join our team. You'll work closely with our internal program/project team and support across a range of responsibilities and projects — from AI transformation and workforce enablement to operational efficiency and organizational change — depending on client needs.
You are a generalists rather than specialists, and future successor who can develop into the next level of seniority over time.
This means you won't be siloed into one function — you'll get exposure to AI transformation strategy, operations, workshop facilitation, and client management from day one.
What you’ll do
- Project management: support end-to-end program delivery including research, analysis, hypothesis testing, and synthesis
- Build models, frameworks, and analyses to support client recommendations
- Design and create client workshops and co-working sessions
- Help design AI solutions for both our internal needs and for our clients
- Help facilitate workshops, contributing to the flow, structure, and energy of the room
- Prepare client-ready materials (decks, reports, memos)
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking an increasingly active role over time
- Work across sectors and problem types — no two programs will look the same
- Contribute to internal initiatives (proposals, knowledge-building) as the firm grows

- Able to create clear, partner-ready workshop materials
- Experience with (or strong interest in developing) workshop facilitation skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing scope of work
- A genuine generalist mindset — you're energized by variety, not thrown off by it
- Strong ambition to grow into a more senior role over time, with a genuine interest in long-term development
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Bachelor's degree in any field (we care more about how you think than what you studied)
- Side projects or self-directed initiatives are a plus — we would love seeing what you built on your own time
Key capabilities
