The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our dynamic people team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused professional who enjoys providing expert guidance and support across a broad range of people functions. Working closely with line managers and key stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
Provide
accurate
and
- timely
- HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with UK employment law.
- Support and manage employee relations cases, including
- disciplinary
- , grievance, performance, and
- absence
- management.
Assist
in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance

- Lead or support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as engagement, wellbeing,

Own the
- recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Own the management and continuous improvement of

- Monitor key HR metrics and produce reports and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.

- Proven experience in a similar HR role.

- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

- Confident in managing a varied workload and

Experience in
- using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
