About the Role

We're hiring a dependable Machine Operator to support packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role operates packaging equipment, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment
Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments
Package products to required specifications, including weight and labeling
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Inspect packaging materials and report quality issues
Identify and separate product requiring rework
Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs as assigned
Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
Ensure GMPs and safety standards are followed at all times
Support and assist packing team members
Communicate daily production needs with supervisors
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shift
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working around machinery and moving equipment
Work Environment
Manufacturing/production setting, work near moving mechanical parts and machinery
PPE required (safety glasses, gloves)
