Logistics Construction Manager

Manage the allocation, mobilization, and demobilization of construction plant, heavy equipment, vehicles, and generators across multiple project sites. Coordinate equipment requirements with Project, Construction, and Plant teams to ensure timely availability and optimum utilization of resources. Oversee the inspection, servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair of construction equipment to maximize operational performance and minimise downtime. Monitor equipment utilisation, maintenance schedules, operating costs, and fleet performance, implementing improvements where required. Coordinate equipment transfers, transportation, permits, and logistics activities in accordance with project schedules. Manage plant operators, drivers, and logistics personnel, ensuring resources are effectively planned and deployed. Coordinate with Procurement, Workshop, HSE, and Project teams on equipment requirements, maintenance planning, and operational priorities. Maintain equipment records, maintenance histories, inspection reports, utilisation data, and statutory documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning for plant and logistics operations.
