(Provide at least 15 answers for each segment, takes about 3 minutes to complete) <https://go.cultureindex.com/p/8nyZw1ayF3sL1xfAf8> MIG Welder – Standard Iron (Hartford, WI) Reporting To: Operations Manager Location: Hartford, WI (1055 W Sumner St or 1720 Innovation Way) Pay Range: $21.00 - $30.00+ / hr. (Based on experience) + Shift Premiums up to $5 What You'll Do MIG Weld: Work on mild steel ranging from thin 20-gauge up to heavy 1-inch plate. Fabricate: Build hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks, fenders, platforms, and custom sheet metal designs. Setup & Finish: Read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, perform machine setups, and use grinders/abrasives for clean finishes. Handle Materials: Safely operate cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, and fixtures. What You Need Experience: Previous welding experience is preferred, with a strong command of all welding positions. Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. First-Week Milestones: You must pass our welding assessment (75%+) and general shop assessment (100%) within your first week of placement. Dont worry too much, We have great Trainers to assist. Certifications: Willingness to achieve D1.1 GMAW and D1.3 GMAW qualifications during your training period. Why Join Us?
