Senior Estimator

💰 Salary: Up to $115,000/year Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Senior Estimator for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on estimating glazing and building envelope projects, including material take-offs, budgeting, vendor pricing, and bid preparation. Responsibilities: Review drawings and specifications to determine project scope Prepare quantity take-offs and complete project estimates Solicit pricing from vendors and suppliers Develop labor, material, and equipment budgets Support project handoff meetings with operations teams Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors Mentor junior estimators and support team development Qualifications: 5+ years of estimating experience in glazing or building envelope construction Strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor scopes Experience with Bluebeam and estimating software Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously This is a great opportunity to join a growing construction team focused on quality, safety, and long-term growth.
