What You’ll Do

Own the Sale from Start to Finish
Run appointments from inbound leads and self-generated opportunities
Meet homeowners, build trust, and identify their needs
Take full control of your pipeline and close deals

Educate homeowners on roofing, storm damage, and exterior upgrades

Minimum Requirements
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
— A truck is not required, but dependable transportation is essential.
Proven sales experience, ideally in
roofing, construction, home improvement, exterior services, or related industries
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with homeowners, establish trust, and present with confidence.
Coachable, determined, and results-driven personality.
Preferred (But Not Required)
Full-cycle sales experience (end-to-end engagement through close)
Experience with home exterior products or insurance claim processes
CRM familiarity and pipeline management experience
