Position Overview
We are seeking a
highly motivated, field-based Sales Representative
to drive new business through
door-to-door outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling
.
In this role, you will identify restoration opportunities, guide homeowners through the process (including insurance), and represent the RESIDE brand with professionalism and integrity.

What You’ll Do
Business Development & Prospecting
Generate new business through
door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
Identify high-potential properties and restoration opportunities
Engage homeowners and introduce RESIDE’s services
Consultative Sales
Educate homeowners on restoration and improvement solutions
Build trust through
consultative, needs-based conversations
Secure agreements and guide clients through the restoration process
Project & Client Coordination
Assist homeowners through
insurance claims and project timelines
Document property conditions and submit project details
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with homeowners and referral sources
Represent RESIDE with professionalism, integrity, and consistency

Requirements

Full-time commitment with flexible scheduling
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable climbing ladders and working in field environments

Compensation range:
