What You'll Do As an Experienced Commercial Service Plumbing Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial plumbing systems while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities include: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems Clear drains and perform drain cleaning services Install and repair plumbing piping, fixtures, water, sewer, and gas systems Service water heaters, boilers, and related commercial plumbing equipment Assemble and modify piping, valves, and fittings as needed Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot commercial plumbing system issues Operate drain machines, jetters, and other professional plumbing equipment Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit Represent Roscoe Brown's Core Values of Positivity, Respect, Integrity, and Commitment We Invest in Your Success At Roscoe Brown, we believe great technicians never stop learning.
