Job Profile : At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. Those in enterprise risk management at PwC will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organisation's operations and objectives. You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. Job Description : Lead contractual, licensing, AI, and technology risk enablement for PwC's proprietary solutions, alliance partnerships, and third-party technology engagements. Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, translating complex technical, AI, and open-source constructs into commercially viable, risk-balanced contractual frameworks that enable revenue while safeguarding the firm. Responsibilities : 1. Tool Licensing & Commercial Frameworks Prepare contracting documents for PwC's proprietary solutions, ensuring alignment with firm risk standards and commercial objectives. 2. Client Contract Negotiations, RFPs Lead end-to-end negotiations with client legal and procurement teams on licensed tools and advisory solutions, including redline review, articulation of PwC's risk position, and closure of complex multi-round negotiations, along with support on time-sensitive RFP reviews. 3. Technology Partnerships, Alliances & Vendor Contracting Structure and negotiate strategic technology partnerships, alliance agreements, third-party software licensing, and vendor contracts, driving risk-balanced outcomes from drafting through execution, including flowdown and back-to-back arrangements. 4. AI Risk Assessment & Electronic Tools Clauses Review engagements with an AI scope; analyse the underlying AI use case, identify associated risks, and mitigate them through appropriate AI clauses in client contracts and RFPs. Lead negotiations on AI and electronic tools clauses and contribute to the firm's AI risk positions through Tech Risk consultations. 5. Open Source Software (OSS) Reviews Review OSS components used in PwC solutions, assessing licensing terms and associated risks, and provide usage recommendations in line with firm guidelines Mandatory skill sets: Lead negotiation of the firm's secondary data use provisions, establishing scalable, LoS-wide positions on purpose limitation, retention, and anonymisation, in coordination with the DPO and Independence teams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively Preferred skill sets: Lead end-to-end negotiations with client legal and procurement teams on licensed tools and advisory solutions Years of experience required: 6+ years Education qualification: LLB
