Legal Counsel

What you'll do

We offer an excellent opportunity to join the in-house legal team at a fast-growing healthcare company. Working closely with our General Counsel and external lawyers, you will be involved in Commercial deals, Clinical contracts, Data protection, Compliance, and Corporate agenda. If you are looking for a hands-on role where you will be trusted to make decisions and see the impact of your work, this is the right role for you.

Your role

Be a trusted legal partner to the business, advising teams across the company on day-to-day legal matters

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements

Manage your assigned legal projects independently

Assist with corporate governance and corporate transactions, our IP agenda, data privacy and security regulations

Work on the development and maintenance of corporate policies and conduct legal training for our staff

Partner with outside counsels locally and abroad

What you need

Your profile

3+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house legal experience

Strong working knowledge of various legal areas; broader focus and experience are appreciated

Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Slovak

Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to effectively counsel business teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, and timely advice

Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment

Bonus points for experience with technology companies, fast-growing international organizations, or healthcare/biotech
