Financial Operations Real Estate Intern - Italian Speaking

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a Intern ! What kind of tasks will you have? • Handling real estate related invoices in accordance with country specific tax and legal requirements • Dealing with any kind of administrative tasks and reporting in connection with the core processes • Providing administrative support to the team regarding invoice and payment monitoring • Keeping in touch with the vendors in order to answer their queries We are searching for you, if you • Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months • Are self-confident in English and Italian language • Have analytical and problem solving skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage • Have an advanced knowledge in MS Office , especially in Excel • Enjoy working as a part of a team • Are a motivated self-starter What you can expect from us is • Friendly and dynamic team, modern working environment • 1400 HUF/hour (NET) (from January 2023 it will be NET 1600/hour) • Flexible work schedule with 20-25 hours/week • We provide corporate assets such as, laptop and mobile phone with Vodafone RED subscription – unlimited talk, text and data • To ensure our colleagues’ health & safety we are working from home until the end of the pandemic.
