Sports Coach - Campbelltown/Camden (Casual)

About us

NLS is NSW's number-one provider of sports coaches for schools, clubs, OSHC and Councils.

We are looking for sports coaches in Campbelltown/Camden Area to join our team, we're looking for coaches for Soccer, Netball, Athletics, Fitness, Touch and other sports.

All of our coaches must have (or be willing to apply for) a current Working with Children check. Coaching experience isn't necessary (although it is preferred) but a good knowledge and playing experience of the sport is required.

Schedule

• We have morning (6.30AM - 9AM), in-school time (9AM - 3PM) and after-school (3PM - 5PM) positions available. Both midweek and weekend work are available.
• We are looking for sports coaches to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

Sports coaching / playing experience

PAID Working with Children (WWC) Check

Child Protection Training (Preferred)

First Aid + CPR Training (Preferred)

Tasks & Responsibilities

Sports Coaching

• Attend and conduct all training sessions
• Attend and facilitate all competition games (As Required)

Being Reliable and Organised

Additional Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of standard coaching practices

Independently handle multiple sporting priorities

Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships & communicate clearly & effectively with students, staff, administrators, and at times parents / guardians

Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy, and to maintain confidentiality of information as needed or to protect the rights of individual students

Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse community
