The Role

• We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable
• casual AFL coaches
• to join our team in 2026. Coaches will deliver AFL programs within schools, after-school centres, and vacation care settings across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
• The primary focus of this role is to inspire the next generation through fun, engaging, and skill-based games while fostering confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and enjoyable AFL coaching sessions
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt sessions to suit varying ages and ability levels
• Represent NLS professionally within schools and community settings
