About The Role

Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, budget, estimate and construction
Document procurement
Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures
Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
Maintain construction files and logs
Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders
Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs (Request for Information)
Track and inspect material deliveries
Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports
Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes (as required)
Assist in project close-out
Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering (preferably licensed)
Male/Female
Not more than 35 years old
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and M.S. Office applications
At least 2 years of experience in the related field
Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna, Cavite
