Job Role- SDE-2

We’re looking for a Node.js Backend Developer who can help us build high-performance APIs and workflows that power our planning and booking assistant.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express) and integrate them with travel APIs (flights, hotels, activities).
• Implement RESTful APIs and services to support AI-powered trip planning and booking.
• Work closely with the frontend and AI orchestration layers to enable seamless end-user experience.
• Design clean, reusable modules to integrate with third-party booking platforms.
• Optimize performance and scalability of real-time query systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and DevOps to ensure stable deployments and quick iterations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of backend development experience using Node.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and async programming.
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g. Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka) websockets and caching mechanisms.
• Ability to write clean, modular, testable code.
