About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and organized professional who can bridge the gap between
• clients and our internal design team. This role requires someone who understands design
• workflows, manages client expectations, and ensures seamless delivery of high-quality
• creative work across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring
• clear communication and alignment
• ● Understand client requirements and translate them into structured creative briefs and
• project plans
• ● Plan and manage multiple design projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and
• deliverables
• ● Coordinate with graphic designers and internal teams to ensure timely and high-
• quality output
• ● Review creative work (digital and print) to maintain brand consistency and accuracy
• ● Manage feedback loops between clients and teams to ensure smooth project
• execution
• ● Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve
• workflow efficiency
• ● Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and
• updates
• ● Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the quality and impact of creative
• deliverables.

Requirements

• ● Experience: 5 years in account management, client servicing, or project
• management within a design studio, agency, or marketing environment

● Skills

• ○ Strong understanding of design workflows and graphic design principles
• ○ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• ○ Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar
• ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business
• Administration, or a related field
