Booth Teller

who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. If you're passionate about helping customers and ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and securely, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Booth Teller, you'll be the face of Mukuru at our branches and booths, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience.

Your day-to-day will include

• Processing remittance collections and sending transactions accurately
• Conducting KYC verification and compliance checks
• Handling cash transactions and balancing daily floats
• Monitoring transaction limits and reporting suspicious activities
• Assisting customers with compliance documentation when required
• Promoting Mukuru products and services to customers
• Maintaining secure cash and device management practices
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service every day
• Ensuring your booth and workspace remain safe, secure, and presentable

Qualifications

Grade 12 / High School Certificate

Higher Certificate or Post-Secondary Qualification

Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of foreign currency transactions

Understanding of KYC/FICA regulations

Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong customer relationship skills

Administrative and organisational abilities

High level of professionalism and integrity
