Junior Legal Counsel - Compliance

About the job MSC is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join its Corporate Legal Compliance Team. Based in Piraeus, Greece, the successful candidate will support a broad range of corporate compliance and business ethics initiatives across MSC’s global network, working with colleagues in Geneva and stakeholders worldwide. Key responsibilities Support the implementation of MSC's Compliance Program across the MSC Group. Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to MSC Group companies worldwide. Provide guidance on business ethics matters, including gifts, entertainment, and corporate hospitality. Conduct third-party due diligence and support integrity, sanctions, and compliance assessments. Review compliance-related contractual provisions and support discussions with third parties. Assist with the assessment of compliance requests and questionnaires from customers, vendors, and other third parties. Contribute to the development of compliance communications, reporting, and awareness activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ethics and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
