About The Role

  1. 负责楼宇设施（含供配电、暖通、消防、安防、楼宇自控等）日常运行保障与维护工作的指导监管；针对维修项目多、并行任务多的现状，建立优先级、排期、资源协调和进度追踪机制，推动问题闭环；
  2. 协助持续优化和落实设备设施维保等流程管理体系及各类供应商精细化管理；建立并维护设备台账、维保计划、问题清单和整改记录，沉淀SOP及预防性维护机制；
  3. 负责跟进楼宇维修及小型工程改造，实时提出优化改进意见，参与现场验收工作；参与相关会议、资料准备、进度追踪和跨方协调；
  4. 协助招采、验收、付款资料整理，推动服务质量、响应效率和成本持续优化；
  5. 协助自聘物业公司做好各项协调及管理工作；
  6. 完成上级领导交办的其他临时任务。
  1. 全日制本科学历，暖通工程，机电工程等理工科专业背景；
  2. 有3年以上楼宇设备设施运维经验，做事踏实认真，有责任感，可独立完成工作；
  3. 对暖通、给排水、消防、供电了解其中一种或几种，对具备水系统、氟系统、风系统、热源系统等各类暖通系统的全生命周期管理经验优先考虑；
  4. 有甲方公司工作经验，有大型办公楼运维相关经验优先。
