General information

The Managing Director is responsible for the strategic, commercial and operational leadership of a company and portfolio operating in employee-organizational wellbeing. The main purpose of the role is to grow a profitable business, build long-term client relationships, strengthen the company’s market position and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting and health care services.

The role combines strategic thinking with strong business orientation, people leadership, innovation aligned with polish market trends.

Your mission

Strategy and Business Growth

  • Cooperation to define and execute the growth strategy for the company and business portfolio within employee-organizational wellbeing area.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop the service portfolio in response to client needs and market demand.
  • Take responsibility for financial results, profitability, revenue growth and business performance.
  • Represent the company towards key clients, partners, institutions and external stakeholders.

Supervision of Sales and Client Relationships

  • Develop and monitor relationships with strategic clients and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Oversee sales processes, proposals, negotiations and client service quality.
  • Build the company’s position as a trusted advisory partner in people, organization, leadership, well-being, health care or related services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure long-term value creation.

Operational Management

  • Ensure the effective functioning of the polish organization: the team and processes.
  • Oversee service delivery in line with agreed quality standards, timelines and efficiency targets.
  • Optimize business and operational processes by managing budget, costs, margins and key performance indicators ( monthly, QU and annual)
  • Ensure compliance with polish regulations and ethical standards

Leadership and People Development

  • Build an engaged, competent and high-performing team for organizational consulting services and wellbeing services
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality and client orientation.
  • Make people, organizational and business decisions that support company growth.
  • Market alignment and Service Development
  • Combine consulting, health care, organizational and technological perspectives.
  • Support digitalization of services, process automation and implementation of modern tools.
  • Monitor trends in health care, employee well-being, mental health, EAP, leadership, HR consulting and organizational development.
  • Your profile
  • Minimum 10 years of professional business experience in strategic HR/Sales/Wellbeing , including significant experience in leading people
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, health care, employee well-being, HR consulting or related areas.
  • Experience in managing P&L, budgets, margins and financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of consulting services, health care services or organizational solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good command of English.
