Senior Director of Operations

Sr. Director Operations Job Description In this critical role you will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations for our Nashua, NH and Lowell, MA facilities. This includes working with the various technology groups on matching technology needs to manufacturing solutions, monitoring and driving improvement in delivery performance. The role requires exceptional collaboration and leadership with multiple technology groups and manufacturing operations. You will be expected to clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities, engage and motivate talent, define and set deliverables, plan resources, and achieve desired results . You will be expected to contribute technically, maintain an optimistic, can-do approach, and present status to executive level management. Maturity, excellent judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
