Instructor for "Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API)"

• ISS International SpA is looking for an Instructor to conduct a short course on " Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) " in Turkmenistan.
• The classroom training of the duration of 4 days will be held in English and is aimed at HSE and Quality personnel in Oil & Gas Plants.

Main topics will be

• Introduction to Regulatory & Compliance: distinction from Process Safety
• International and local regulations (OSHA, EU Directives, Turkmen standards, etc.)
• API Standards & Recommended Practices (e.g., API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580/581, etc.)
• HSE requirements: occupational safety, environmental protection, process/industrial safety
• Compliance Management Systems
• Audits, inspections, and certification
• Documentation and reporting (HSE reporting, incident reporting).

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles in Oil & Gas Industry
• Minimum 3 years as instructor/trainer
• Proven experience in the above mentioned topics covered in the course
• English Fluency
