[Korea] Job Description The position is a country leadership position with a full accountability to: Lead KR procurement organization as end-to-end country head, own strategy, execution, governance, and team performance Drive cost competitiveness, productivity, and margin contribution across PM & NPM while ensuring strong performance management and execution discipline Manage and optimize large, complex supplier base, drive SRM across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk Explore and lead localization & strategic transformation Support regional alignment, ensure supply continuity, compliance, and risk control Required skills and experience Strong leadership with experience managing sizable teams & country-level scope Proven track record in large spend and strategic sourcing Expertise in supplier management, localization, and cost competitiveness Strong business acumen & global supply chain exposure Effective in matrix, cross-country environment (KR/JP/global) Fluent in Korean and fluent in English Be part of our ZF team as Head of Procurement Country, Korea and apply now!
