About the role: As a Sales Support Specialist in our Aftermarket Division, you will play a key role as the link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making through reporting, digitalization, and automation initiatives while managing customer master data, pricing processes, and commercial agreements. What you can look forward to as Sales Support Specialist: Communication link between internal departments, customers, and sales team To create monthly sales and claim reports and work on digitalization and automatization of business supportive reports Administrate, maintain, and monitor Customer Master Data (Address, Contacts, Prices, Payment/INCO terms etc.) To prepare price lists and determining of sales and campaign price lists according to market conditions and stock level and being window person for Regional and Global Pricing team To monitor customers’ credit limits, prepare annual agreements and customer bonus calculation Your profile as Sales Support Specialist: University degree Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support positions and preferably in the automotive spare parts sector Experienced in customer data management in ERP systems (preferably in SAP) Strong communication skills and relationship management Fluent language skills in English and Turkish Why you should choose ZF in Istanbul: Health Insurance Life Insurance Annual Bonus System Monthly Heating Aid Marriage, Birth, Annual Leave Allowance, and Gift Cards The compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
