Product Manager - Control System We are strengthening our team in Aftermarket at our location in Istanbul/Sultanbeyli. About the team and role: As part of the category management team, you are the product owner with end-to-end responsibility for the complete regional control systems portfolio. You will work with international suppliers and sales teams across multiple countries to translate customer and market needs into new products. What you can look forward to as Product Manager - Control System: Pro-actively screen the existing portfolio, identify gaps and work on range extension with local suppliers according to the market needs, and releasing OE conversion products when required Responsible for New Product Introductions, development of go-to-market Strategy, support on sales readiness (price, stock, cataloging) Responsible for maintaining product master data for respective product line/s. Coordinates cross referencing against competitors and OE with Data Team to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled Drive change management activities within the portfolio Act as the regional product owner to support the front line sales team and be the point of contact for Customer Service Desk to process range, product and commercial related questions from customers Your profile as Product Manager - Control System: Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, specification, and product development processes, preferably within the Automotive Aftermarket, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Knowledge of passanger car control systems products, product structures, and processes, especially GD‑PEP Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with a hands‑on approach to executing product strategy objectives Fluent in written and spoken English Strong communication and relationship management skills; self‑motivated and able to work independently Why you should choose ZF in Istanbul: Health Insurance Life Insurance Annual Bonus System Monthly Heating Aid Marriage, Birth, Annual Leave Allowance, and Gift Cards The compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
