RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Chief Accountant & CFO in leading and coordinating accounting and reporting development projects. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Contribute to the preparation of statutory and group financial statements. Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards in Excel and other financial systems. Act as a liaison with Group headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial data, reports, and project updates. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, controlling, operations) to gather and validate financial data. Identify and implement process improvements in accounting workflows and reporting. Support audits (internal and external) by preparing documentation and reconciliations. Act as a point of contact for system-related questions and support the implementation of new accounting tools. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Very good knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis). Experience in reporting to Group headquarters for consolidation purposes is a strong advantage. Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) is a strong advantage. Knowledge of IFRS will be considered an asset. Good command of English (written and spoken) is required; German will be considered an asset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Excellent communication skills, including experience in working with international teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. OFFER: Employment contract.
