Quality Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE The Quality Assurance Engineer will act as liaison between customers and Sejong’s production line, interact with the customer’s quality, production control, and purchasing functions at each customer. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through Zero defects of the parts, quickly response for nonconforming sorting activity, and coordinating customer needs with other functions as required. To eliminate a recurrence of the issues, they will have a meeting that find a root cause and corrective action with regarding team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Quality Assurance (Domestic & Overseas) - HMMA - HMMI - BHMC - KaSK - Hyundai GLOVIS - Hyundai WIA - Tier 1 Customers Field Claim Analysis - Claim data analysis - Claim objection to customer IATF 16949 certification - Preparing the documents & requirements for certification audit - Supporting to Global Quality for IATF 16949 PPAP - Submission for new & mass project to customers - M anaging the 4M change history & applying date Quality System - Registering the quality documents in the customer quality system - Managing the internal audit system called QSYS Hazardous Material Management - Registering the material data of the parts in the IMDS - Response to strengthening regulations on hazardous material JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering and Six Sigma GB. Working in 5 years at Quality department and automotive industry. Quality Knowledge: 1. Quality Control 7 Tools. 2. Core Tools. 3. 8D Report. 4. Six Sigma. 5. Understanding for the parts. Technical Knowledge: 1. Customer Quality system. 2. Minitab or other quality program . 3. IMDS system. 4. SPC. Job Specific Training: 1. English skills . 2. Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 3. Good communications.
