JOB PURPOSE Retail Training Intern は、トレーニングプログラムおよびデジタルラーニング施策の円滑な運営を支えるため、 Retail Training チームのアドミニストレーションおよびオペレーション業務をサポートします。 本ポジションは、リテールチームの学習体験の向上および Miu Miu ブランドビジネスの促進に貢献し、ラグジュアリーファッションにおける Retail Training 業務の実務経験を得る機会を提供するとともに、 Retail Training チームの重要な一員としてご活躍いただきます。 RESPONSIBILITIES トレーニング運営全般のサポート トレーニング実施に伴う準備および運営のサポート トレーニング資料および関連ドキュメントの整理・管理 Retail Training に関連する各種アドミニストレーション業務のサポート 翻訳業務のサポート トレーニング資料および HQ からの英語資料の日本語翻訳サポート 翻訳資料の校正およびフォーマット調整のサポート トレーニング資料準備のサポート PowerPoint を使用したトレーニング資料の作成・更新サポート プレゼンテーションおよび学習資料の準備サポート LMS ＆デジタルラーニングのサポート LMS へのデータ入力およびメンテナンスのサポート（正確かつタイムリーな更新） デジタルラーニング記録および受講データ管理のサポート LMS データの抽出・分析およびトレーニングレポート作成のサポート その他サポート 社内・社外会議のスケジューリングと招集 店舗ビジット時のトレーニングおよび OJT のサポート KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 〈必須スキル〉 高い対人コミュニケーション能力 ビジネスレベルの英語力（本国から提供される資料の読解および翻訳が可能なレベル） PowerPoint 、 Excel の基本スキル（資料・グラフ作成が可能なレベル） 正確性と迅速性を伴うアドミニストレーション能力 ファッションおよびラグジュアリー業界への関心があれば尚可 〈歓迎スキル〉 事務処理の正確性と迅速な対応力 ブランドの世界観や価値観を理解し、柔軟な姿勢と対応力 Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
