Competencies Overall Feedback Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance – Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule. • Breakdown Maintenance – Handle all breakdown on daily basis • Moniter and improve maintenance parameter like MTTR, MTBF and breakdown incident • Implementation of TPM, RCM, ISO, OHSAS & TS practices. *Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and optimize costs without compromising safety or quality. Automobile/Tractor/OEM/Tier-1 Education Qualification <B.Tech/B.E> - Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/ General Experience 6 - 10 Years of Relevant Experience Critical Experience • Knowledge of CNC machines having Mitsubishi & Fanuc controller. • Machine Types - Makino HMC (A81, A71, A61 ect) , Mazak HMC (6800 ect), cleaning machines, SPMs with PLC control Programming • Technical knowledge of special purpose machines. • Should have a technical knowledge of conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic based testing machine. • Working and programming knowledge of Mitsubishi & PLC. *Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance plans for all Machine Shop Equipment. •Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. Maintain Audit Documents for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015. o Proficiency in SAP modules such as PM & MM is must • Hands - On Experience in MS Office • Hands-on experience in SAP/ARIBA • Good Written & Verbal Communication • Good in Data Analysis (Data Driven Decision Making) • Good in Problem Solving & Critical Thinking System Generated Core Skills Analytical Thinking CNC Machine CNC Programming Communication Skills Drive Systems Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Teamwork System Generated Secondary Skills
