Position ASK Expert Reports To ASK Lead Place of Posting FES-Mahindra Division , Nagpur Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Responding to Queries via Call:Address customer calls, understand tractor-related complaints, and provide effective resolutions by applying your technical expertise. 2. Handling Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) on ASK Portal: Manage and respond to TARs (Technical Assistance Requests) submitted through the ASK portal, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are delivered. Experience Min 3 Year Experience in Field/Training. Languages: Should know - Tamil, Telugu (must) and Kannada (preferred) Industry Preferred Farm division, Tractor Industry Qualification 3 Year Diploma or Degree ( B-Tech/BE ) in Mechanical / Aggriculture. Competencies Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in handling Laptop with having skills ( MS- OFFICE, IT systems, and other digital platforms ) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.. Customer-Oriented Approach: Focused on delivering quality solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction. General Skills Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
