Senior Manager-CDMM & Pricing

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - Pricing and cost estimation for sheet metal and fabrication components - Cost estimation and negotiation for Sheetmetal Toolings and welding Fixtures. - Commercial Knowledge of Skin Penal components & Toolings. - Raw material grades & PO amendments in SAP/IBA - Lead in pricing arbitration and commercial discussions - Drive VA-VE initiatives for cost optimization - Active contribution to cost reduction projects - Timely completion of pricing-related deliverables in projects - Adopt proactive approach in tracking cost trends and market input Experience 14+ years’ relevant commercial experience in sheet metal pricing and fabrication costing Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering General Requirements - Proactive and result-oriented mindset - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving ability - Agile and adaptable to changing priorities - Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Design, SCM, CDMM &Projects) - Work in dynamic environment ensuring flexibility and responsiveness - Proficiency in cost estimation tools, Excel, SAP/ERP - Good understanding of fabrication techniques, welding, forming etc. - Expertise in pricing of sheet metal parts - Knowledge of raw material markets Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
