Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Able to manage team of 100+ Manpower in shifts.Operation of Engine testing equipments(dynameters /overhead lifting devices etc) and their routine upkeep.Monitoring testing critical parameters through checklist and quality standards.Monitoring of DWM parameters on PQSCDM Basis.Ensuring safety of personal and equipments by safety audits as per TMSW standards.Monitoring and enhancing skill of operators and maintaining their skill matrix.Improving quality of product through tools like poke-yoke, TPM, KAIZEN,Quality Circle etc.Ensuring quality of product by managing pre dispatch inspection.Analysis of engine defects observed in engine testing and there feedback to the concerned stakeholders Preferred Industries Manufacturing Automobile Tractor Education Qualification Bachelors of Technology; Diploma in Mechanical; Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelors of Technology General Experience 5 years
