Your responsibilities will include: Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong, effective partnerships with Global Business Services teams, Lear entities, and external stakeholders. Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve individual and team objectives while supporting their professional development. Managing team workload, setting priorities, resolving operational challenges, and facilitating regular team meetings. Conducting recruitment activities, including interviewing, selecting, onboarding, and training new team members. Monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback, and addressing performance-related matters when needed. Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with all audit requirements. Driving process improvements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Supporting projects and transitions of new activities into the Global Business Services organization. Overseeing month-end closing activities, reporting processes, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables. Managing vendor and intercompany statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, including SOX testing and documentation requirements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications and Skills Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous supervisory and Accounts Payable experience is an advantage Relevant education (business administration / accounting/ finance) highly regarded Upper-level English (verbal and written) is a must German language is welcomed Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborative team player who can build strong relationships across diverse teams and functions. Flexible, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to quality and customer service excellence.
