Job Title: Project Manager, Lease Administrator Job Code: 41350 Job Location: Herndon, VA Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and administer leases for ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) assets, ensuring compliance with lease terms and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in landlord relationship management. Essential Functions: Manage and administer leases for ADS-B assets, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as the primary point of contact. Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments with landlords to ensure favorable terms for the company. Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and relevant regulations. Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless lease administration. Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals or terminations as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation. Resolve any lease-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner. Provide regular reports on lease status, upcoming expirations, monthly payment status, and other relevant metrics to management. Assist in the development and implementation of lease administration policies and procedures. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Extensive experience in landlord relationship management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional certification in lease administration or real estate management. Experience with ADS-B technology and related assets. Knowledge of relevant telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in managing a telecom carrier or tower company lease portfolio. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia is $88,000 - $164,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
