Repair Controller in Astana More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Repair Controller to maintain the rolling stock that keep cities moving. This is high-stakes maintenance: securing critical infrastructure, not just spare parts. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact Ensure materials/services are delivered in-line with business requirements through expediting orders and updating the business system, communicating and escalating issues Manage the stock levels of repairable materials ensuring they are kept at an optimum level through monitoring usage, raising orders, expediting and stock controlling Establish the priorities for Internal repairs and communicate them to the Workshop Maintain an accurate ‘base data’ within the computer-based stock control system Provide full Supply Chain support for any identified project activities / requirements. Ensure a timely resolution of Invoices Queries Act as an ambassador for Alstom and the Supply Chain function both internally and externally You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and procurement — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. What you bring Analytical and communication skills Upper-Intermediate English Expert MS Excel proficiency Good communication and data management skills Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes Technical acumen How success is measured Quality and timeliness of deliverables.
