The Impact You'll Make The Senior Manager, Procurement is responsible for leading the procurement CDE function for the SEN (Sensors) business in Wuqing plant. This role encompasses sourcing project management, and Cost Design Engine (CDE) activities to drive cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and supply chain resilience. The position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, improving profitability, and strengthening procurement capabilities by leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing Cost Design Engine (CDE) & Cost Reduction Initiatives - Lead CDE-related activities and drive Design-to-Cost initiatives; - Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities across raw materials and components; - Drive cross-functional Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) projects - E2E CDE project management big saving, short time and lower risk. Sourcing Project Management. - Ensure sourcing projects meet cost targets, timeline, and quality expectations; - Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to mitigate risks; Team Leadership - Lead and develop a procurement team in WQ; - Define clear goals, roles, and performance expectations; - Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture; - Coach and develop talent to strengthen organizational capability. What We're Looking For Bachelor' s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles Prefer 3 years of people management experience or strong potential people leadership Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management Solid experience in cost reduction methodologies (VAVE, Should Cost, Design-to-Cost) Strong negotiation and contract management skills Strong leadership and influencing skills Result-oriented with strong cost awareness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, resilient, and able to drive change What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
