What You’ll Be Doing Collect the information of marketing intelligence, customer orders, customer forecasts, and project phase in /out on monthly basis. Align with Divisions and Sales/Marketing to generate the monthly demand plan. Maintain the monthly demand plan in system. Facilitate S&OP meetings Track the demand variation on product sets level and customer level. Improve the demand planning process to achieve better DFA (demand forecast accuracy) What We're Looking For University degree with the major of Statistics preferred At least 3 years’ working experience in the field of demand planning Solid SAP knowledge Good English skill and Microsoft office software knowledge Good communication skills Performance evaluation: DFA (demand forecast accuracy) & Demand traceability and transparency What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
