Senior React SDK Developer

Stream is looking for a Senior React SDK Developer! This is a full-time job in our Skopje office.What will you be doing?As a Senior React SDK Developer, you will join our SDK team with the primary focus on developing and maintaining our React Chat, Feeds and Video SDKs and taking our products to the next level!ResponsibilitiesIntegrating new features from our roadmap, maintaining existing featuresSupporting existing customers and prospects through various channelsImproving SDK’s documentation, keeping the SDKs modern and up-to-dateCollaborating with our Backend, Design and other SDK teams to clarify and improve the consistency of our feature implementationsWhat makes this role exciting?You’ll get to work on a products that are going to impact the lives of thousands of engineers and billions of end usersYou’ll get to have your work showcased publicly - our SDKs are open sourceYou’ll deal with complex technical challenges, that allow our customers to build their envisioned integrationAbout youOur ideal candidate:Comes from a startup backgroundHas 5+ years of experienceHas experience with open-source and building tools for developersSolid understanding of React and popular React librariesHas a solid understanding of the browser/framework performanceEnjoys working with TypeScriptHas a keen eye for UX detail, caring about accessibilityGood understanding of the standard performance optimization techniques (state management, memoization, virtualization, re-rendering cycles)Practices and appreciates the value of a solid test suiteBonus points:Experience with React Native, Angular, Vue, or any other UI frameworkDon’t fall into all of the requirements?
