This position is Istanbul-based.TeamYou will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become. RoleWe’re seeking a talented and seasoned Game Designer who is deeply passionate about Puzzle games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.Define a clear, cohesive design pipelinePitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller componentsOwn game balancing, pace, feelAlways back up your ideas with available data pointsAbility to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanicsGet involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, Game Design, logic, performance, etc. Fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feelBenchmark the market to stay on top of new trendsUnderstanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behaviorProficiency in Unity a huge plusFamiliarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration softwareAble to create a playable prototype individually as well as within a teamProfileAt least 5 years of professional experience in Game Development and at least 3 years as a game designerExperience working on mobile games, F2P or RPGExperience in designing LiveOps for a live product is a huge plusCreative and hacker mindsetGood sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to detailCommunication skills in English, both written and verbalKnowledge of casual gamesDeep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedbackAccountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your workAn eagerness to learn new ways to perform your tasks in a more efficient way, and to improve yourself day after dayBenefits: Best in Class compensationOther benefits according to the country you reside.
